I was first-time ever in Turkish restaurant, and I am NOT disappointed, quite opposite,VERY delightful! Everything was on point from coffee, an appetizer to the main meal! Big portion for main and even bigger for sides dishes! Waitress was extremely polite, helpful with suggestions, and knowledgeable about menus! Who ever go to USA via Windsor, please stop by chance you will not regret it!

Our server, Sanaz, truly elevated our experience with her exceptional service. She was courteous and remarkably attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our dining was perfect. Her friendly demeanour and extensive menu knowledge shone through as she offered recommendations and checked in on us throughout our meal. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our experience, adding a personal touch that made us feel valued. For our meal, we chose the Platter for Four (Option 8), a selection that promised a variety of tastes. We were taken aback by its generous portions and vibrant presentation when it arrived. The kebabs were nothing short of spectacular—cooked to perfection, they were incredibly tender and bursting with flavour. Each skewer showcased a delightful blend of authentic Turkish spices, creating an explosion of taste that had us savouring every bite. The platter also featured a medley of accompaniments, including warm, fluffy pita, fresh salads, and zesty dips, ensuring an option to cater to everyone's palate. As a delightful ending to our meal, we were treated to complimentary Turkish tea. This soothing, aromatic beverage was the perfect finishing touch to our hearty dining experience. The tea's warmth contrasted beautifully with the lively flavours we had just enjoyed, allowing us to unwind and reflect on our meal. To our surprise and pleasure, Sanaz brought a dessert on the house—a thoughtful gesture showcasing the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. The dessert was exquisite, featuring rich flavours and a perfect balance of sweetness that left us craving more. Overall, our time at Maison Istanbul was nothing short of extraordinary. I was visiting Windsor from Toronto and we came across this restaurant. Food was amazing! Definitely recommend the Dana Kebob and chopan salad. Our server Rita was so sweet and kind. She gave all the good recommendations and she also gave us a complimentary tea after food. She made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend going here

From start to finish, 100. Food is top of the line, fresh and fast. Ordered about of food and everything came out on time. Have to try the mix shawarma, sandwiches and lahamchn.

The kebabs are juicy and tender, the bread is fresh and warm, and the baklava is simply divine. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making you feel like you're dining in Istanbul itself. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ensures a great dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Turkish cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place will not disappoint. Came here june 2020 for the first time with my buddies. Was really a nice experience!! Seating is comfortable, place is well litt and well staffed. Staff is verry nice and fast. They check up on you evry few minutes to make sure everything is good We orderd the donner beef sandwich. Was realy good and verry generouse proportion for the prices Would comme back here Updated may 2025 Review Still has Unbelievable bang for buck. Their donair sandwich is still amazing. Soft bread wrapped around tender and well seasoned beef. Always clean restaurant with quick and friendly service. Still a highly recommended place in my books.
